The HeartGold & SoulSilver arc (Japanese: ハートゴールド・ソウルシルバー編 HeartGold & SoulSilver arc), also referred to as The Ninth Chapter (Japanese: 第九章 The Ninth Chapter), is the ninth story arc of the Pokémon Adventures manga, consisting of three volumes. It began serialization in March 2010, and ended in November 2010.
The arc follows Gold, who gets in a battle with Arceus, as he searches for the missing Lance. Elsewhere, Team Rocket has resurfaced, which causes Silver to set out and stop them once more.
