Groudon (Japanese: グラードン Groudon) is a Fighting-type Basic Pokémon card. It was first released as part of the EX Emerald expansion.

Each player discards the top card of his or her deck. This attack does 40 damage plus 20 more damage for each Energy card discarded in this way.

Release information

This card was included in the EX Emerald expansion with artwork originating from a joint illustration by Kouki Saitou, first released in the Japanese PokéPark Blue Premium File. It was reprinted as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards with new artwork by an unknown artist. In Japan, it was available to those who rode Bumper Car Battle: Aqua VS Magma at the PokéPark in March 2005. The logo for this ride is in the bottom right corner of the illustration, covering the illustrator name.
