Trivia

Origin

As one of the mascots for showcasing the cultural diversity of Tokyo, this Pikachu resembles a traditional hikeshi, firefighter, established during the Edo period following numerous devastating fires. It comes complete with a Poliwhirl-themed matoi, a flag used to warn people of nearby fires.

Firefighting is an attack that first appeared on Psyduck from Boundaries Crossed. Quick Attack is a move in the Pokémon games that Pikachu can learn. This card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Moon.
