Description

When the Pokémon deals damage to opposing Pokémon, or when a set amount of time passes, the Torrent gauge increases (max 100). If a move is used when the Torrent gauge exceeds a certain amount, the Torrent gauge is consumed, and that move becomes boosted. If the Pokémon's HP is below a certain percentage, the amount the Torrent gauge increased is greater.

Upgrade: Reduces the move's cooldown when it hits Pokémon from the opposing team.
