Upon reaching 4 points, participants became eligible to redeem a pair of cards that comprised Eevee and Sylveon ex. Upon reaching 10 points, participants became eligible to redeem one of two pairs of cards—either the Eevee and Sylveon ex, or a Charcadet and Ceruledge ex. These cards were distributed from September 1 until October 31, 2024.[1][2] It was reprinted with identical artwork in the Terastal Fest ex subset in Asia and in the special Prismatic Evolutions expansion internationally.

It was also reprinted as an illustration rare-style SVP Black Star Promo with artwork by Makura Tami, and was available in Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Boxes from January 17, 2025. A variant of the SVP Black Star Promo print with the Pokémon Center logo above the Retreat Cost was also available in Pokémon Center Prismatic Evolutions Elite Trainer Boxes from the same day. The SVP Black Star Promo print was released in Indonesia and Thailand as another SV-P Promotional card, and was given away at participating stores with every purchase of a Terastal Fest ex booster box starting January 31, 2025.[3][4]

A Cosmos Parallel Holofoil variant of the Prismatic Evolutions print with a Pokémon Day 2025 stamp was later made available in Prismatic Evolutions Two Pack Blisters from February 21, 2025.[5]

In Japan, both the Surging Sparks print and the SVP Black Star Promotional print are included in the Start Deck 100 Battle Collection.

Rulings

  • Eevee's "Boosted Evolution" Ability does not override the effect of Grand Tree, which states that it cannot be used on the player's first turn.[6]
  • If a player uses Strange Timepiece to devolve their Psychic-type Pokémon in the Active Spot into Eevee with the "Boosted Evolution" Ability, that Eevee may evolve again on the same turn.[6]
