Dizzying Power (Japanese: 相手命中率↓分威力↑ Power Boost Proportional to Opponent's Accuracy Reduction) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Passive Skill The more the target's accuracy is lowered, the more it powers up the user's moves.

Effect

The user's moves are powered up the lower the target's accuracy. For each decrease in accuracy, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 30% increase. Dizzying Power does not affect sync moves or max moves.
