History

Dash in her Naranja Academy uniform

Dash is a Trainer who came from her home region to study at Naranja Academy in the Tera Training course. While traveling with her friends Niko and Rob, the group became lost in the same forest as Liko, Roy, and Dot. After wandering aimlessly for a while, Niko used a vine from a nearby tree to replace a broken strap on her handbag. This sparked the fury of an Annihilape, as the vine was how it reached its food supply. The group was chased by Annihilape for days until they met Liko and her friends. Despite Roy's insistence that they battle the wild Pokémon together, Dash and her friends fled out the forest.

In Showdown! The Paldea Elite Four, Dash and her friends were welcomed by Clavell and Jacq along with the other students who had submitted their school reports and thus completed the first part of the training course.

In The Terapagos I Don't Know, Dash, Niko, and Rob participated in Clavell's speech that started the second part of Tera Training.

In Infiltrating the System! Naranja Academy in Danger!, Dash participated in the final part of the Tera Training course, where it was revealed that she failed the Usage test. Although sad that her Tera Orb would be taken away, Dash was happy to learn she'd be able to use it one last time in the upcoming Tera Training Student Battle Tournament.

In The Strong Sphere, just over a year later, Dash took part in a battle at the Exceed Testing Center. She battled against a Trainer's Electivire using her Swanna. Using Exceed's Strong Sphere, Dash was able to win the match.

She reappeared in a flashback in HZ122.

In HZ126, Dash reappeared at Naranja Academy and watched as her friends battled. Returning to her dormitory, Dash received a parcel containing a Strong Sphere and became excited, only to discover that they had been banned. Because of this, Dash challenged Liko to a battle where if Dash won, the ban against the Strong Sphere's would be lifted. Battling against Liko's Meowscarada, she used the Strong Sphere on her Swanna but wasn't able to win the battle.

Character

In relation to Niko and Rob, Dash is more shy and reserved.

Swanna is Dash's only known Pokémon.

It first appeared as a Ducklett in Hatenna and the Otherworldly.

In The Strong Sphere, it was shown to have evolved into Swanna where it took part in a battle against an Electivire. Using a Strong Sphere to enhance its capabilities, it was able to defeat its opponent with a single move, winning Dash the battle.

In HZ126, Swanna was used to battle Liko's Meowscarada, only for the effects of the Strong Sphere to assist Swanna in being defeated.

Swanna's only known moves are Water Gun, Wing Attack, and Feather Dance.

Dash has at least one other Pokémon, as she participated in the second phase of Tera Training, which requires two Pokémon.
