Claddia
Claddia (Japanese: キィナ Kyina) is a non-player character in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. She is a self-professed fashionista who can be found around Lumiose City, offering the player free fashion makeovers.

In the core series games
Claddia can be found in random locations around Lumiose City. Once per day, the player may accept her offer of a free fashion makeover. As part of the deal, the player may wear what she outfits them in for as long as they wish, but should the player then choose to change any aspect of their fashion, they must return the clothes and accessories they've borrowed back to Claddia. If the player attempts to change their style in the menu, they will be prompted to return Claddia's items before being able to make any changes. Claddia's outfits are actually applied as an override to the player's own outfit, so when returning the fashion items the player is reverted back to the exact outfit they wore at the time of the makeover.
When accepting a makeover, Claddia will fully outfit the player in random clothes and accessories, but will not alter the player's hair or facial looks. As the items are randomly selected, there is no guarantee that they will be color-coordinated. Additionally, as there is no functional distinction between masculine or feminine clothing in the game, the player may be outfitted in either style. Regardless of what items are applied to the player, Claddia will always declare the makeover to be a "triumph".
The player may decline Claddia's offer, but can return to her later if they change their mind. If the player accepts her offer and speaks to her again after the makeover, she will tell them they must return to her the next day to receive another one. However, each day Claddia will relocate to a different part of the city, meaning the player must search for her location.
