Cilan (Japanese: デント Dent) is a Pokémon Trainer in Pokémon Masters EX, based on the character of the same name in the core series games. He forms a sync pair with Simisage. This pair can be obtained through a limited variety sync pair scout beginning on October 23, 2025. This pair can be raised to 
6★ EX since it first released.

- Cilan, Chili, and Cress were the last trainers presented in the Pokémon Masters Animated Trailer to become playable in the game, over six years after the game's release.
- Cilan, Chili, and Cress have the longest gap between their debut as an NPC and their release as a playable character of anyone based on a core series character in Pokémon Masters EX at 1303 days. They first appeared as NPCs in the event Curious Tea Party on March 31, 2022, and they became playable on October 23, 2025.
- All versions of Cilan use special voice-over lines upon entering a team that contains certain Trainers (regardless of their partner Pokémon). Those Trainers include Chili, Cress, Mallow, and Arven.
- Cilan also uses special voice-over lines upon winning a battle with Chili, Cress, or Arven in the same team.
- Cilan is the only member of the Striaton Triplets to lack a Buddy Move and Unova Passion.
Origin
Cilan's design is based on his appearance in Pokémon Black, White, Black 2, and White 2. Simisage is Cilan's signature Pokémon in Pokémon Black 2 and White 2. Simisage's Dex entry comes from Pokémon White.
