Chris Patton
Christopher David "Chris" Patton is an American voice actor for the English dub of the Pokémon anime.
Biography
Patton was born on March 15, 1971, in Houston, Texas, and had an interest in opera and musical theatre at a young age. As an adult, he became a voice actor and was first affiliated with the now-defunct ADV Films studio. Patton started out with minor voicing roles on English dubs for Japanese anime series. However, as time passed, he went on to voice major characters and landed a number of well-known roles. He has also provided his voice for dozens of audiobooks. In 2013, during the height of his career, Patton moved to Annapolis, Maryland, but would occasionally fly back to Houston for some anime performances. He eventually resettled in Houston.
