I'm thinking the category should be "Effects that can change type effectiveness" instead, and include Freeze-Dry and Flying Press --Raijinili (talk) 12:24, 12 December 2013 (UTC)
- Flying Press can reasonably be described as "modifying move types", as far as I'm concerned, since it's adding the Flying-type to the move's primary Fighting-type damage. In the interests of keeping things simple, I don't think it's worth changing the category's name just to include Freeze-Dry, then. "Changing type effectiveness" is just a very odd way to describe Electrify and Ion Deluge (and the several Abilities) when they explicitly say they change the type of moves.
- You could perhaps either include Freeze-Dry at the top (in regular page text) as a "See also", or maybe include it in the category anyway (it doesn't change the move type wholesale, but it does "modify" the type...). Or you could just leave it alone and see if there are eventually new moves that do things more like Freeze-Dry does, and then give those their own appropriate category.
