This category is for Pokémon that are a majority male, but can have some females. Notably, all first partner Pokémon (except Pikachu) and all Fossil Pokémon (except those introduced in Generation VIII) are in this group.

Because Shininess and gender are both determined by IVs in Generation II, in that generation these Pokémon cannot simultaneously be Shiny and female.
