Although brief, the Call of Legends TCG Series brought its own collection of various promotional items in order to promote the Pokémon Trading Card Game. These products, such as Collector's Tins and Value Boxes, released various promotional cards, booster packs, and other merchandise to the public through stores. Below is a chronological list of all the items released during the Call of Legends Series of the Trading Card Game.
Preconstructed Theme Decks are released with pretty much every expansion. The two released on February 6, 2011 alongside the Call of Legends expansion—Retort and Recon—featured Lucario and Tangrowth, respectively, in two 60 card decks designed around the Fighting and Lightning-types and the Grass and Fire-types. Each Theme Deck contained a rulebook, damage counters, status counters, a custom coin, one single-player mat, a deckbox, and one bonus Call of Legends booster pack. These two decks were the last to include an additional pack.
The release of Call of Legends brought the addition of two new Three Pack Blisters. Released February 6, 2011 alongside the expansion, the Three Pack Blisters featured either Hitmonlee or Hitmonchan as a promotional card, two Call of Legends booster packs, a HeartGold & SoulSilver booster pack, and a coin featuring either Dialga or Palkia. The two promotional cards originally appeared in the Undaunted expansion, but are printed in the packs as exclusive Black Star Promos with Cracked Ice Holofoil.
Introducing the new Illusions Fox Pokémon, Zoroark, to the Pokémon Trading Card Game was the World of Illusions Box. Released sometime near the end of February 2011, this promotional product was themed around the thirteenth movie, as it contained a Zoroark Holofoil Jumbo Promotional card, as well as a CelebiPrime promotional card. In addition to the two promotional cards, this box also contained 3 booster packs: two from the Call of Legends expansion and 1 from the Undaunted expansion.
Released sometime during the month of March 2011 was a new promotional product with two varieties: the Pokémon Evolutions Box. The Pokémon Evolutions Box featured 1 pack from either the HeartGold & SoulSilver Series or the Call of Legends Series, and either the Blastoise evolutionary family or the Torterra evolutionary family. The promotional cards were all from the Unleashed expansion, with the final evolution featured as an exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil card.
Released at the same time as the Pokémon Evolutions Boxes, there was an additional promotional item with the exact same contents: the Pokémon Evolutions Pack. The Pokémon Evolutions Packs, much like the Boxes, featured one pack from either the HeartGold & SoulSilver Series or the Call of Legends Series, and either the Blastoise evolutionary family or the Torterra evolutionary family. The promotional cards were all from the Unleashed expansion, with the final evolution featured as an exclusive Cracked Ice Holofoil card.
