Release information

This card was released as part of the Movie Commemoration VS Pack with artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita. It was also released as one of the ADV-P Promotional cards with new artwork by the same artist in June 2003 as a lottery prize for official Pokémon Card Gym starting venues.
