This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Dragon Majesty expansion, first released in the Japanese Dragon Storm subset. The Regular print features artwork by Ken Sugimori, while the Full Art print features artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita. The Regular print was reprinted in the Hidden Fates expansion.

Trivia

This card's effect is similar to Blaine's Last Resort from the Gym Heroes expansion, which is another card featuring Blaine that lets the player draw cards, but can only be played if it is the last card in the player's hand.

Origin

Blaine is a Gym Leader in Kanto. The Cinnabar Gym as it appears in Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen is featured in the Regular print's illustration, which also includes a photograph of Blaine and Mr. Fuji.
