The Battle Trainer was a series of electronic toys. It is the successor to the THINKChip Interactive System and utilized the THINKChip+ within Pokémon figures made for the game system.

Advanced Generation release
The Battle Trainer was initially released in 2005 by Hasbro. The system was initially packaged with a Pikachu figure. Other figures were sold individually. For the Pokémon 10th Anniversary, a bundle of the system and Pikachu and Groudon figures were sold exclusively at Target stores.
Diamond & Pearl release
Bandai later manufactured these Battle Trainer sets for the release of the Diamond and Pearl series.
