BOGO (Japanese: 技後次回ゲージ消費無 No Gauge Consumption Next After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.

Passive Skill
BOGO 1–8
Has a chance (X%) of applying the Free Move Next effect to the user when its move is successful.
BOGO 9
Applies the Free Move Next effect to the user when its move is successful.

Effect

When the sync pair successfully uses a move, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from BOGO 1 to BOGO 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. BOGO 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including Buddy Move Icon Masters.png buddy moves, but not sync moves or Dynamax icon.png max moves.

  • The skill's name is an abbreviation of the sales term "buy one, get one free". Its function also mirrors the idea of the term, where using a move results in the following move being "free", or rather costing no move gauge slots.
