Asami (Japanese: アサミ Asami) is a character introduced in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. She is a fashion designer working with Boutique Couture who wishes to find people worthy of wearing her designs.

In the core series games
Asami appears in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. She meets Team MZ outside of Boutique Couture after overhearing Naveen praise her designs, before offering Paxton / Harmony a battle with a Mega Evolved Pokémon in exchange for an outfit she had designed. She also reappears as a reward match opponent in the Infinite Z-A Royale.

- Asami shares her name in Japanese, French, Spanish, Italian, and Korean with Linnea.
- Linnea is characterized in Pokémon X and Y as being focused on learning from Valerie to become a fashion designer, and Asami is a fashion designer in Lumiose City five years after the events of X and Y. However, due to their drastically different character designs, the relationship between the two characters is unknown, and may be coincidental or a simple reference.
