Trivia
- Alolan Raichu is the first Pokémon to be added to the game whose pre-evolved form was already playable on its own.
- Thunderstorm Aerial may be based on Alolan Raichu's Pokédex entry in Pokémon Shield, which states that it attacks with star-shaped thunderbolts.
- When the game language is set to Hindi, Alolan Raichu is erroneously called गलार राइचू (Galar Raichu).[1]
