This disk, in addition to a Start Dash Guide, was given to children upon visiting any participating store with a Pokémon Ga-Olé arcade machine from July 8, 2017 for as long as stock lasted. This promotion was limited to children in elementary school and below. It was available again at Pokémon Centers between July 22 and September 3, 2017 and was given to children participating in at least one of the two Ga-Olé events held during the promotion period. This promotion was again limited to children in elementary school and below.
It was later available at the Japan Amusement Expo 2018, held at the Makuhari Messe convention center, Chiba on February 10 and 11, 2018. Visitors to the Marvelous booth present at the Expo who participated in a Pokémon Ga-Olé demonstration were given a copy of this disk. Another chance to acquire this disk was at the Pokémon Ga-Olé demonstration at Aeon Mall Sakai, Osaka on March 24 and 25, 2018, held as part of a larger toy exhibition that ran from March 17 through to April 1, 2018. Visitors to the demonstration were given a copy of this disk.
