An Aeos Trainer is a type of Pokémon Trainer introduced in Pokémon UNITE. Many portions of the game simply call them Trainer. They are participants of Unite Battles on Aeos Island, and are members of the Unite Battle Committee. Male Aeos Trainers wear the Orange Unite Set, which includes a hat. Female Aeos Trainers wear the Purple Unite Set, which includes a headband.

Aeos Trainers take the place of players in certain game modes. They make up the opposing team when playing in CPU Match, can be set as members of both teams in Custom Battle, and appear as the non-player Trainers of a match in various tutorial battles.

In Solo Challenge events, Aeos Trainers battled on the same team as the player against the team of Cynthia, Korrina, Raihan, Leon, and Green. In lower difficulties, two or more of the opposing trainers were replaced by Ace Trainers.

Aeos Trainers use random Unite licenses selected from a limited pool of them. They sometimes use Holowear. Their Unite Snapshots consist of them in a Pose with a default Background.

Holograms of a male Aeos Trainer and a femaie Aeos Trainer briefly appear in the "Pokémon UNITE Opening Cinematic", partaking in a Unite Battle on Remoat Stadium. They captured the wild Aipom and Lillipup that their Pikachu and Scorbunny knocked out using Unite Balls. The female one celebrated alongside their newly evolved Raboot.
