This card was included as both a Regular card and a Full Art card in the Roaring Skies expansion, first released in the Japanese Emerald Break expansion. Both prints feature artwork by Megumi Mizutani. The Regular print was reprinted in the Japanese Extra Regulation Box released on October 4, 2019.

Winona is a Gym Leader in Hoenn. The interior of the Fortree Gym as it appears in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire is featured in the Regular print's illustration.
