WiKirby is a wiki devoted to the Kirby series that has joined the Nintendo Independent Wiki Alliance. It was created on January 24, 2010 by members of the other NIWA wikis, and since then has created over 700 articles. On March 4, 2010, WiKirby was officially launched. The wiki enjoys writing its articles in theme, and has many innovations, including templates that includes the user name of a user when logged in, and one that displays British or American English depending on settings in user preferences.

On October 8, 2010, WiKirby announced merger plans with Kirby Wiki, one of the various wikis on the wiki farm Wikia. Plans were mostly inspired by the new mandatory skin. However, the merge was soon cancelled due to lack of initiative.
