Viola: Difference between revisions

Viola was first mentioned in ''[[XY001|Kalos, Where Dreams and Adventures Begin!]]'', albeit not by name, when [[Alexa]] revealed to {{Ash}} that her sister was the Santalune City Gym Leader. When Ash arrived in Kalos, Viola was absent from her Gym however Ash decided to head to [[Santalune Gym]] anyway when his challenge at [[Lumiose Gym]] was declined. [[They arrived there|XY005]] just as Viola, who was a professional photographer known for her excellent shots of Bug-type Pokémon, was returning and she accepted Ash's challenge. Viola's {{p|Surskit}} and {{p|Vivillon}} had a disadvantage against [[Ash's Fletchling]] and {{AP|Pikachu}}, however Viola's strategy was to immobilize both Pokémon using {{m|Ice Beam}} and {{m|Sticky Web}} worked and Ash lost the battle.
