Captain Vince (Japanese: キャプテン・ビクトル Captain Viktor) is a character in New Pokémon Snap. He is an explorer who traveled the Lental region and recorded the species of Pokémon he found there, including some of the Illumina Pokémon.
History
100 years prior to the events of New Pokémon Snap, Vince first encountered an Illumina Pokémon as a child. He thereafter endeavoured to meet the other Illumina Pokémon, recording his experiences in the Lental Travelogue.

- According to Wishiwashi's entry in the Photodex, Captain Vince never explored the Lental Seafloor.
