Villain event
Villain Event (Japanese: 悪の組織イベント Villainous Organization Event) is a type of limited-time event in Pokémon Masters EX. This event are focused on the villainous teams.
Preludes
Looming Shadow of Kanto
This event prelude ran from September 16 to October 16, 2021. This event is focused on Team Rocket. The "Red Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Red and Snorlax during the duration of the event and the "Blue Poké Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Blue (Classic) and Aerodactyl beginning September 18.
All sync pairs with the Kanto theme skill received increased bonus to their Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats when used for this event.
Battles rewarded players with Event Voucher S, which could be redeemed in the Shop. Additionally, Daily Extreme Battle could only be challenged once per day.
This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with teams using various theme skills, earning Medals and other rewards.

The "Sygna Suit Misty Spotlight Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Sygna Suit Red and Vaporeon during the duration of the event and the "Sygna Suit Erika Spotlight Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Sygna Suit Erika and Leafeon beginning October 1.
