:Dear Amitai, to create your userpage you must first become autoconfirmed. Becoming autoconfirmed is an automatic process by Bulbapedia's software based on a minimum number of edits to the mainspace (any page that doesn't begin in <code>User:</code>, <code>User talk:</code>, <code>Talk:</code> and other such prefixes) as well as a minimum tenure (length of time since you created your account). The specific requirements are a secret I cannot share with anyone, sorry. If you are looking for pages that need help, check out the {{bp|Editor's Hub}} as well as {{cat|Stubs}}, {{cat|Articles needing improvement}} and {{cat|Articles needing more information}}. There's lots of stuff to do here so I'm sure you'll find something! As for userspace limits, as you may have seen in the {{bp|Userspace policy}}, the limit to the number of user page edits you make per day is somewhat proportionate to the number of mainspace edits per day (check that link for more details). As a general idea, though, it's wise to preview your edits before saving to try and catch any mistakes beforehand, as multiple edits to any page causes extra stresses to our servers. You can do this by the "show preview" button right next to "Save page" or doing Alt+Shift+P on a Windows computer. Finally, unfortunately I don't know how to do tildes on a UK keyboard, as I live in Canada and I think ours are the same as in the US. :( what I recommend rather than copying and paste is you may notice above the editing window (where you add text in a page) there is a button "http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/w/skins/common/images/button_sig.png", clicking this will automatically add four tildes to the page.
