:Pokémon get disabmigs at X (Disambiguation) because there's already a lot of stuff to fit at the top of their page and the species names redirect there. Otherwise, it's just whether one is significantly more important than the other (Also, English names always trump Japanese names) or they're equal importance. If there's numerous things, then it might get a disambig, if there's just a few and the 'main' article is small then a note at the top is easier.
