:Um. . . maybe. If it was an actual combo, i.e. it used a digging Flare Blitz, then yes. But if it just used dig to get behind it (or something) to take it off guard when it then used Flare Blitz then probably not. Infernape used dig and then while he was underground he used flare blitz, heating up the whole field and turning it red. This resulted in a giant eruption of fire that caused the whole field to be covered in mist which stopped ninjask's agility attack. That's what happened which is why I think it is a improvised move.
