:Okay, I'm an idiot; I didn't like my theory anyway. Transform apparently [https://github.com/pret/pokecrystal/blob/d0d61cb3ab847ff0c72a840363b89d4acf05b5f5/battle/effects/transform.asm#L5 basically erases itself from memory] (much like Metronome) when it's executed (and even if it fails), so we should explicitly mention it.
