::Also when you reach that hidden area of Castelia City through the Sewers where Eevee can be found for some reason the time it takes to enter into a regular battle (non-rustling grass) seems to take longer than other areas so I recommend that for finding Pokémon in that area Sweet Scent is a good choice to use to make it easier and less annoying.
