Unfortunately "Red" isn't a registered Hexadecimal code number. :P But if you aren't familiar with Hex codes, and you'd like a little bit of help for in the future, [http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html I find this site] to be quite useful. You can pick a default color and get the code for it, or get really specific stuff. That should solve some of your color issues with our HTML templates. Lorelei commanded it in the last panel of page 87, and the wave was frozen solid on the first panel of page 88. Cloyster was commanded to use Aurora Beam, but the actual move was never shown.
