Ok...
The Secret Base. Whenever you use the Explorer Kit, you go underground and end up in an area dependant on the location youn are in. XD Mines in Eterna City, but you can't access it unless I'm underground at the same time as you. I also have to be in range of the DS's wireless. So when you do go underground, there is a map on your top screen that shows where you are.
