Hi, I noticed that your usertags are all copied/pasted from the source page, I'd advise you not to, you could basically grab any of the templates found in [[:Category:User_tags|here]], and call them in your child page, for example, the piano one; {{template|User Piano}}, this way you can have the same result as the hardcoded template and it's easier this way.
