There are a few pages that show statistical averages of some Pokemon groups but no one cares about them and they are hard to keep updated that's why some are still in generation 6. The data is also heavely processed by users to the point of losing almost all of its meaning. That's why I made the sortable table with all stats and Legendary/Mythical Pokemon for people with interested in comparing them without worring about all other Pokemon in normal lists. I know it may seem big because it isn't using template but everything is working fine. Also, you've brought back statistical averages without any information for which period it is up to so please change that.--Rocket Grunt (Report To Me) 13:52, 10 August 2020 (UTC)

:An average is an average, it's not losing any "meaning" except insofar as it condenses all the Pokemon's stats into one number...because all those stats are just way too many. And if you ask me there's no great "meaning" to an exhaustive list of all those stats anyway. The thing that is illustrative is showing that their stats are pretty uniformly (on average) high.
:As far as the average, you could probably just take the numbers from the list you had before and compute those averages. Feel free to update the numbers. Tiddlywinks (talk) 23:39, 10 August 2020 (UTC)
