As of Generation IV, all Poison types are now depicted as Psychic in the TCG. Those pages are designed to reflect what is currently happening/what is currently more prominent. That is why Lugia is also mentioned to be Water. All the Poison types say Psychic, even though during the first three generations they were Grass. It is simply a preparation for the future, when Psychic will be normally what these cards are, if it isn't already.
