Hey, Tavisource! I know this may seem stalker again to some people, but you know how the UTC time is ahead by 5 hours of my time? Me and my family just did the "5-4-3-2-1, happy new year!" thing 15 minutes before I wrote this, following this downtown Toronto "concert" on TV. We couldn't find a channel that has the downtown Ottawa "concert", so this was "closest". Anyway, Happy New Year! Let's keep Bulbapedia to go another year! Welcoming bot

Would it be possible to implement a welcoming bot for Bulbagarden? This would make it so users wouldn't have to bother hounding the user creation log or recent changes waited for them to join. We've had one miracle already with the clock by the username area. It is already time for another! So can it happen? What do you think? --Bulbapedian - Talk 22:54, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Perhaps BulbaBot could function this way? On Wikimedia Commons, there is a bot called Wikimedia Commons Welcome that handles it. --Bulbapedian - Talk 22:56, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

To be honest, I actually had thought of that, but it would be very challenging. Although BulbaBot IS a bot, it is still controlled by regular people. The only way is to change something on the system where it automatically adds things on new users' pages. Only someone like Archaic or Zhen Lin might be able to do. Stuff

Its me, the Romanian guy. (Heh, heh.....) Well I have to admit, I might have acted a bit stalker-ish, but I see that really I should do more contribs to the mainspace..... yeah, I'm contributing quite quickly.... 420 something edits now..... I've uploaded Yellow sprites for a few Gym leaders on the archives and put them on their pages and tons of stuff. Heck, I even partly skimmed a little more through the MOS, first time I've skimmed that much into anything... Me

Yeah, I wouldn't think of myself like a guy who deserves the best new user award, but I just try my best and go at my own rate, if making almost 550 edits in my first 5 months of being here, I'd consider it pretty good for me... I'm hoping I get better at editing and just, being a better user here in the time to come. I can think of plenty of users that are just plain great and who've helped when I was really new... I'm thinking by now, I gotta stop say I'm a little new. You've been great Tavi... Kiyo's Tyrogue sprite

The sprite looks great! However, by the end of the episode, its blue scarf was left in the river when Kiyo beat him, and Tyrogue was given a red scarf by Kiyo, his new Trainer. Could you change it to red? ◄Kevzo8► 03:41, 24 April 2009 (UTC)

Oh, I didn't know about the Project Anime thing. The other two sections certainly weren't going to be as full as the anime one though. Games was probably just going to be Shadow Lugia and the Spinda. I don't read the manga, but I remember reading that, for example, all of Crystal's Pokémon have stars on them. Ho-Oh

I can try to get you a legitimate Ho-Oh, if you're interested :p

I'm looking for more Ho-Oh ATM in GTS, though if this another guy I'm planning to make a trade with doesn't answer soon, I can trade you my sure-legit Colosseum Mt. Battle prize Ho-Oh, Lv100.

I assume that since you have the full 493 in your Pokédex, you could get me a legendary, preferably Mew, Celebi, Deoxys*, Jirachi or Arceus*. It doesn't matter if the Pokémon cloned or not (I picked that up from the tag on your page) as long as the original one is legitimate.

Custom Sprites

Hmm... Well, that's a good question. The new table is going to be on all character pages, yes. That is how we're gonna do it. The main reason is the fact that the new notability policy declared many anime Pokémon articles as unnotable, and it was decided that these tables are a good way to keep the imformation without keeping the articles. Custom sprites... Well, maybe we'll find another place for them, but I don't really see the point anymore. --electAbuzzzz 21:12, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

Well, I don't know about the main characters just yet... For now I'm only putting it into recurring characters, or characters whose Pokémon had articles up until recently, but got redirected thanks to the new policy. For now, the main characters sprites are safe. What's down the road is... Well, I'm not sure yet. I'll have to discuss it with KG, she's the Project Anime leader. --electAbuzzzz 21:31, 23 July 2009 (UTC)

I don't think you should do it for main characters for these reasons: 1) They all have pages anyway. Max may be an exception though. 2) The characters' articles are big enough without having a table like that in their articles. It may cause loading problems. Especially Ash, Misty, and Brock.
