+::Just because I'm petty, I'm going to expand on that. When you call the template, there's also a second field where you type a number between 0 and 3 (not typing a number gets you the same as 0). When the user makes more edits to the userspace even after you've warned him once (0), use the 1 and 2 templates to warn him again. If he keeps going after that, give him the three template and block him from editing the <code>User:</code> space for a while.
