I've replied further [[Bulbapedia talk:Editor's Hub#Editing of Headbutt|here]]. Is a cache dump necessary? Also, the reason I proposed the TM data get the same treatment (again, exclusively in this case) is because that data will never change again unless Headbutt gets another TM in a later generation, and we can address that then.
