::The template would provide code uniformity, not presentation uniformity. In terms of presentation, it would allow for standardized flexibility and adaptability. If Wikipedia, which has to deal with a lot more than we do, and has far more discussions on these matters than we do, uses such elements, then I don't see why we can't either. Might seem unnecessary here but makes everything a lot easier.
::The consistency issue is irrelevant if we prefer accuracy. And to be honest, accuracy is more important than consistency for the sake of it. It shouldn't be a problem to do what I do as it's presenting correct information, even not being consistent, which is irrelevant here.
