:The article's entire premise is not notable.  Do we need an article about something illegal?  No, we do not.  If we were to consider the [[Hack]] article notable, then we'd have to consider articles about stuff such as AdvanceMap, GoldMap, and other ROM editors notable as well, along with articles about stuff such as Quartz, Chaos Black, and the like. :I basically take the contents of an article and put them onto a Notepad document, not saving any alterations to the origin article.  I then edit the contents of the Notepad document into (hopefully) the final result of the article.
