- Cold is right. It is true that it is your talk page, but there's got to be limits. There is a Talk Page policy, which is linked to in your welcome. It's Turtwig A! My talk or wiki edits 20:20, 13 October 2010 (UTC)
- As much as I hate to break it to you, I have to agree with Turtwig and Cold. Your User Talk page isn't the page for posting stuff like lists of your favorite Pokémon, etc. Your User Page is the place for that stuff. Right now, since you are new, you don't have the right to edit your User Page, yet. You earn the privilege by making constructive edits to the Mainspace. After you earn the privilege, your User Page is the place to put that stuff. As for being new, don't worry about it. After all, we were all new at one point. If you have any questions, feel free to drop me a line on my talkpage. Even though I am pretty new myself, I love helping out new users. Oh, and don't forget to sign your edits to any talkpage (even your own) with two dashes followed by four tildes (like this: --~~~~). Responding to conversations

Help With Your User Page
Hey there. Just getting back to you. Okay, my first bit of advice (since you asked for my opinion) is: READ EVERYTHING YOU CAN. It is the cardinal rule that I go by, and what helped me to learn about wiki-coding. I started with EVERYTHING (i.e. ALL the links) that was in the Welcome Box that is posted on your talkpage, and then went from there. It really helped me to get a lot of the basics down, and answered a lot of questions that I had. Assuming that you have already done that (or will do that), the next thing that I can tell you is: THE PREVIEW BUTTON IS YOUR BEST FRIEND. If you are currently unsure as to what a bit of coding does, copy it into your User Page (or Sandbox) and use the preview button at the bottom of the page. Then remove something (anything, it really doesn't matter, maybe something that you don't know what it is or what it does) and preview again. Whatever breaks, that is what the bit that you deleted does. Also, it helps on server load (and helps keep you out of trouble with the admins) as far as excessive saves goes. You really only need to save a page ONCE, when you are done doing EVERYTHING you want to do to it. Secondly, here is a link to help get you started with some of the basic things in wiki-code that are not in those links that are in the Welcome Box. Finally, you do not need to post your entire User Page to my Talk Page (so please don't do that anymore), and don't forget to ALWAYS sign your comments with two dashes and four tildes like this: --~~~~. Sorry, I checked the preview and it was fine, but when I posted it all of my user page came up. I'm pretty sure somethings wrong with my computer. my signature has all of my user page on it I think.
- You can fix your sig by going into your preferences, which is located at the top right hand corner of the page, next to the links for your User Page and your Talk Page. It would probably be a good idea to do so, as I do not think that many users would appreciate having your whole userpage pasted onto their talkpages every time you paste your sig. Your sig should have a link to your userpage, as well as your talkpage, in it, and that is really all it needs to have (other than referencing your username in some way, for example, it needs to say Sceptile Maniac). If you want an example of how to fix your sig, edit this page and look at mine. Just replace everything that references me (i.e. Jediknightdtv, JediKnight, DTV, etc) with your own stuff. Oh, and you don't need the timestamp, or the dashes at the beginning, so just take everything from the beginning square brackets to the end square brackets (from [[ to ]]). Finally here is another link that I think will be helpful to you as you work on your userpage. Other Users
As far as I know, you should be okay with your brother creating an account on the same computer, as long as his account is named something completely different (i.e. NOT Sceptile Maniac 1 or anything like that). You might want to check with an admin though. Bulbapedia has a strict policy against creating what is called "sockpuppets", or multiple accounts created by the same user, as they were abused in the past, and are not allowed now. As far as I know, how they track that is by the IP address of the computer, which is the unique address of the computer on the internet. If they see two accounts created on the same IP address (i.e. on the same computer) they might assume that you created a sockpuppet. But I just don't know, as I am not an admin. Kogoro is online right now. She is an admin and you might want to ask her.
