:::::I think I'd use "A <Pokémon> <character> used from the Rocket Prize Master" because the fact that there are not only Pokémon that Jessie used from the Rocket Prize Master, but also Pokémon that James used from that mecha. I also think I'd use "A Gulpin from the Rocket Prize Master" since multiple Gulpin were inadvertently sent out by Pelipper. Both cases make more sense to me.
