Can't I please edit my user page again? It's been blocked for almost three weeks now. I can explain what happened: there was so (at least I remember so), that three edits were allowed to the user page a day. :You can't save up unused edits and use them all at once. That's never been how it works. Also, it was at the top of every page, ignorance isn't an excuse.
