-I get that you said "it's not our place to judge who should learn what moves" but it didn't say they ''should'' know Power Gem, just that they couldn't despite the first impressions one might have based on appearance. I should ''also'' point out in this same vein of logic you may want to then edit the Trivia section of the Tail Glow page that says Manaphy can learn Tail Glow despite not having a tail and in Ice Punch where it say Wooper can learn this move despite not having hands.
