By creating your account you are now able to edit pages, join discussions, and expand the community-driven Pokémon encyclopedia. Before you jump in, here are some ground rules:

  • Be nice to everyone. It's in the code of conduct.
  • Make good edits. Preview them before you save to make sure they're perfect the first time around.
  • Use wikicode and link templates when adding content to a page.
  • Use proper grammar and spelling, and read the manual of style.
  • You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
  • Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
  • If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
  • Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.

A few things about your editing

Hi there and welcome to Bulbapedia! Thanks for helping out on the manga side of things. Here are a few tips to remember in your future editing:

  • Pokémon should always be spelled with the accented e: é. If you don't know how to type one, there's actually "é" and "Poké" in the character palette below the editing window to make it very easy!
  • Please don't ever post links to websites hosting unlicensed scanlations or manga scans.
  • Finally, regarding the names you used in your recent edit, are you looking at the monthly issue version or the Volume 4 version? I have VIZ Media's translation of volume 4 next to me right now and they used the names "Mahri" and "Rudy". They also referred to Trovita Island by name except the first panel which did say Citron Island. If this is a translation mistake from the earlier monthly version that would be really cool to add to the articles but I need to know for sure what version it is or if it's just a user mistake or what :P thanks! --ZestyCactus 18:16, 12 January 2014 (UTC)
