You can't create a userpage until you've added to the encyclopedia. It's a privilege. See the userspace policy.
Use talk pages to resolve editing disputes. Don't "edit war," or constantly re-edit/undo the same thing on a page.
If you have a question about something, be proactive. Take a look at our FAQ. If you're still stuck, ask for help. The staff won't bite.
Sign all talk page posts with four tildes (~~~~). This will turn into your name and the time you wrote the comment.

Username

As per the Username policy, your username cannot be an exact spelling or have a deliberately similar spelling of a Pokémon name. As such I will have to block this account. You may decide to create another account with a different name if you want to continue contributing to this site. Thank you.--Force Fire 04:04, 16 March 2019 (UTC)

Nowhere on that policy does it say you can't name your account after a Pokémon or have a similar spelling to one. It's not vulgar and is a rather arbitrary rule.MeItan (talk) 10:41, 16 March 2019 (UTC)
