Mainspaceable userspace
Hi, Nate! I had a quick-ish question for you about the rules of mainspaceable userspace... see, a user posted on Project Globe talk page a while back and showed they started a Pokémon in Australia article at here. I took a look at it recently and it more or less fits the quality standards for the other Project Globe articles for English-speaking countries, provided that Toasted TV and Network Ten get merged in with the anime section, as was the case for other articles like Canada, United Kingdom, and New Zealand. Otherwise it's a fine article and I'd like to see it mainspaced, except when I wrote to the user asking if it was ok to go ahead, they never wrote me back and they've been inactive since 2012!! so my question is, am I allowed to merge with the TV articles and mainspace it anyway, or do I have to wait to hear back from the user. I figured I'd ask you since mainspaceable userspace is kinda your thing. Thanks!
