They belong to Nintendo, Creatures, Game Freak and Media Factory. A German Website's [http://www.carddex.net] ENTIRE COLLECTION of scans are stolen from [http://www.pokemon-paradijs.com] and stopped updating their website with scans since the latter website started watermarking everything. Also, [http://www.pokecardex.com] steals ALL Japanese scans from [http://www.pokemon-card.com] with absolutely NO CREDIT and watermark them as theirs, like what [http://www.carddex.net] | :::::::::...and it may seems like false, but you cannot own a copyright for a card you scanned.
