As part of the '''{{bp|Staff}}''', it is my duty to enforce the rules, as well as the rest of our staff. If you're going to move it to an archive, move it entirely and start clean. Having space holders are pointless and we're not going to have blank pages, might as well delete it and wait until there's content. And no, we don't have a bot that does that.
